I've spent some time at Whitebirch Point Lodge on Lake Kipawa Quebec and a couple of years back one of our crew was bragging about the sharp axe he had.  The fellow in this video, Mr. Cookie Mitchell, the host and guide at the camp at that time, told us he had an axe so sharp he could fillet a walleye with it.  I said "Yeah, show me" so we set up the video camera and away we went. Well done Cookie!  When living in the north and in the wilderness, for part of the year, it pays to be resourceful.  I see this with many residents of the rural northern areas of Canada, who are totally self-reliant.  They can do just about anything of a mechanical nature whether it is building a cabin, fixing an engine or pulling a tooth.
